Southport’s new DC Scania Fire Engine became trapped under the eclectic doors at Southport Community Fire Station (temporary building), outside the former law courts, Albert Road, Southport.

The accident happened at about 11:00am this morning (Friday 27th July 2012) when the engine ladders hit the electric doors.

An investigation is underway into the cause of the accident.
