New gates, and welcoming signs have appeared at entrance points to the recently blocked then locally challenged pathways areas at Banks.
A sturdy gate (locked) greets any traffic trying to enter the area,in contrast a new sign (see pic) greets walkers,with various instructions.
Its not clear who placed the gates but there is labeling on the fence stating “lancashire countryside service ” enviromental directorate”.
The places marked look like being the bridleway running along the old bank at this point,but with ongoing matters progressing nicely,action group A2b are confident of a positive outcome…
