New Courses for Mums to Be at Linaker Children’s Centre
As part of Linaker Children’s Centres new Parent and Baby Wellbeing Service we are introducing 2 new courses for mums to be.
We know that every parent-to-be wants the best for their baby.
One of the best things you can do before the baby is born is to look after yourself as well as preparing for your new arrival.
The Mellow Bumps course starts on Tuesday 18th May from 1.00-3.00pm.
This six-week course will help you chill out and relax. We will also have time to think about what your baby can already do and what you can prepare to make him or her welcome. The course also offers mums time out to be pampered as well as taster sessions in pregnancy yoga, plus much more. This course is funded so places are currently free to mums living in the Linaker reach area until May 31st 2017. Costs from May will be 24.00 per course.
Learn to Relax is a 4 week de- stress course for pregnant mums and aims to teach you to relax, breathe away your stress and reduce anxiety. The course costs 16.00 for the full 4 weeks.
