Café Varley is intending to open to the public on Monday 27th July, all being well with the fit out.

New Bistro opening in London Street Southport

A BISTRO serving up a diversity of fresh, healthy food is to officially open in Southport town centre in summer.

Multi millionare Mike McComb, has submitted a planning application to Sefton Council hoping to change the use of the London Street from premises (Class A1) into Restaurant (Class A3).

The Bistro will take over the former hairdressing premises on London Street, opposite the Halifax.

It will serve up nice healthy fresh food and will be different to most places in Southport.

The interior will be been completely refurbished into a 40-seater bistro with a new bar.

There will also be a range of hot drinks, soft drinks, beers and wines.
