Mystery surrounds closure of Lord Street gaming shop

Mystery surrounds the closure of a popular gaming cafe in Southport.

The WarGames site on Lord Street seemingly shut up shop and emptied the building of all stock overnight.

Customers were seen enjoying gaming over the weekend but shocked shoppers were stunned to find that the store was gutted and To Let signs had gone up by Wednesday morning.

Much like the rest of the town there are now fears the building could become an empty shell with nobody taking the risk for years to come
