Merseyside Police is appealing for the public’s help to trace a 45-year-old man who detectives want to speak to in connection with a number of distraction burglaries in the Sefton area.
Michael McDonough, 45, is described as white, 5ft 7in tall and of a slim build with shaven ginger hair and blue eyes. He has a strong Irish accent. He is believed to have links to the Bootle and Toxteth areas.
Officers would ask Michael, or anyone who knows of his whereabouts, to contact Merseyside Police on 0151 777 3014 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
