Morrisons staff and customers raise £6822 for charities in Adam Seaton search.

Commenting on this fantastic achievement a spokesperson said:

“On behalf of all our collagues and customers at Southport Morrisons we would like to thank you all for your generosity in supporting our fundraising for Adam Seaton.

The response has been astonishing – and overwhelming with the grand total raised £6822.22!

This money will be split between the 4 charities Adams family have chosen. RSPB, Explorer Scout Unit, Southport Off shore rescue and Merseyside Search & Rescue as a gesture of thanks for their support in searching for Adam.

We will now be applying to the Morrisons Foundation apply for match funding.

The Foundation matches colleague fundraising and awards financial grants to charities all over the country.

Two local charities that have received grants are Queen’s Court and SUAG.
