We are appealing for help to find a 44-year-old man missing from Upholland.

Crawford Niven was last seen around 6.30am on Thursday, November 19, in Highmeadow.

He left for work in Chorley and was spotted around 2.40pm in the Parbold area.

His vehicle, a red Citroen Berlingo, was later found in a car park at Beacon Country Park in Skelmersdale.

PS Neil Weaver of Skelmersdale Police said: “Mr Niven’s family and work colleagues are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare and police would urge him to get in touch to let us know he is safe and well.”

Mr Niven is described as white, 5ft 9in tall, with grey hair and was last seen wearing a dark waist length jacket, dark top and beige trousers. He also wears glasses.

Anyone with information about is asked to contact police on 101 quoting log reference number 1517 of November 19.
