We are urgently appealing for help in tracing 63 year-old James Hall who is missing from Southport area.
James was last seen leaving his home address in MeolsCop at approx. 4:15pm this afternoon and may appear confused and agitated.
He is described as being a white male, 5ft 6in tall, of slim build, grey hair, wearing dark frame glasses, black anorak, blue jeans, black pump shoes and has a white bison frise dog.
