Mindless vandals target trees on Cambridge Road Southport

Mindless vandals have once again been on the rampage in Southport. This time they targeted a number of young trees along Cambridge Road Southport.

The roadside trees, which were planted to enhance the main road into Southport and compliment works undertaken, were snapped off.

A local resident living in the area said she was “dismayed that anyone would wilfully damage trees that have been planted to enhance the natural beauty of our town, and anti-social behaviour is totally unacceptable.”
