Our Fugitive Team is appealing for information to locate wanted man Sam Gates from Birkenhead, Wirral.
21-year-old Gates is wanted on a prison recall after breaching the conditions of his licence. He was originally sentenced to three years and one month in prison in December 2017 for harassment, affray and possession of a bladed article in a public place.
Gates is described as white, 5ft 11in tall, of slim build, with brown hair and blue eyes.
