Local residents and customers were treated to a man with no pants at the Texaco petrol station, Cemetery Road, Southport, Friday 14 August 2015.
One customer quoted:
“If your going to texaco this morning you will be graced by this lovely chap. The chap looks like he was waiting for a lift”.
Another customer quoted:
“The man had nothing on under his jacket, he bent over a number of times, he was clearly feeling the cold weather this morning”
A concerned resident called the police but by the time they arrived the man with no pants had already left.
