Man throws himself at Car in Southport then runs off

Merseyside police were called Lane Ends this morning following a 999 call after a man threw himself at car, Sunday 13 March.

A witness at the scene said: “The poor lady driver slowed down and then this guy ran and threw himself at the car, fortunately he didn’t finish inside the car. The women involved looked really shook up”

The man ran off towards the direction of High Park.

Police at the scene said “We have now located the man”.

A Police investigation is ongoing, OTSnews will have an update when Merseyside police release more information.
