A man was found lying in Waterloo road in the early hours of this morning, Tuesday January 26.
A local resident was woken up shortly after 2.30am by the emergency services outside. He said: “When I looked out of the window police were surrounding what looked like to be man lying in the gutter. The man was not wearing a jacket which was strange considering the time. An ambulance turned up at around 3.10am and was working on him until after 4am”.
