27th December 2019

A dangerous man who was involved in four sexual assaults is missing, according to police.

David Harvey (pictured), 42, was last seen at Royal Preston Hospital at around 9.30pm December 21st, but has not been seen or heard from since and we have concerns for his welfare.

A police spokesman said, “He is also wanted after breaching a sex offender order and failing to adhere to his prison release conditions. He was sentenced to prison in July 2019 for four sexual assaults, and was recently released but has failed to keep police informed of his address.”

He is described as being around 5ft 10ins tall, of slim build, with blue eyes and a bald head.

He is originally from Scotland, with particular links to Edinburgh. He may be using the rail network.

Anybody with information as to his whereabouts is asked to contact police as soon as possible by calling 101 or emailing southintelunit1@lancashire.pnn.police.uk, quoting log number LC-20191222-0206.
