Lord Street shop owners are furious this morning after a European market took over.
Shopkeepers are already struggling for business but this morning face an even tougher competition after stalls appeared overnight selling rival goods.
One frustrated cafe owner said: “I’m struggling to make enough to pay the skyrocketing rents and now I’ve got food stalls right outside taking all my customers. What were they thinking? At least put it on Chapel Street where it’s dead.”
