Alan Rimmer has worked at Bates Dairy for 40 years this year and today is his last day, Friday 10 April.
He has been a stalwart milkman over the past 4 decades and his son also works for the dairy.
All the Bates family and your fellow milkmen and milk ladies wish you all the best for your retirement and we hope that you regularly pop your head in to say hello.
