Liverpool Road closed following collision

Police have closed off Liverpool Road for the second time this week after a two car collision in Birkdale, Friday 8 May 2020.

Police and paramedics have rushed to the scene of the smash after two cars collided at the junction of Liverpool Road and Bedford Road.

The road remains closed after one of the cars became disabled following the crash.

Paramedics have treated occupants of both cars for minor injuries and insurance details have been exchanged.
