Little star’s shine as babyballet® turns 9!

26th February 2019

babyballet® Southport, Formby & Crosby celebrate their ninth year of business with a magical babyballet Party held at Argyle Road Tennis Club, Southport on Friday 22nd February 2019.

The tiny tutu wearing guests were greeted by the adorable babyballet® mascots Twinkle the bear and Flutterstar the magical Fairy. The children loved having their photographs taken with their babyballet hero’s and this was followed by Singing, games and lots of dancing!

The special party class was lead by the owner Jennifer Berrett, (mum of 2, from Southport) and included Good Toes, Naughty Toes, Dingle dangle Scarecrow, walking in the jungle and many more babyballet® favorites.

The little stars fell silent and the grown-ups where left with goosebumps after a beautifully danced, solo en pointe by Flutterstar the fairy.

Miss Rebekah (Teacher and Manager) said; “I had so much fun dancing with all the little stars, it was just magical to see all their faces when the characters came into the room”

The dancing came to an end with an appearance from Twinkle the babyballet bear, It was obvious to all attending that the babyballet mascot is loved by the children. She danced along with them to ‘Twinkle, Twinkle little star’, ‘if you’re happy and you know it ‘and ‘Its babyballet Time’

No party would be complete without a cake! The Pre school aged children raised the roof at the end of the party singing “Happy Birthday” along with their teachers, Miss Jennifer, Miss Rebekah, Miss Danielle, Miss Georgina and Miss Emma.

Jennifer Berrett , Owner of babyballet Southport, Formby & Crosby’s two children Felicity (2years ) and Fredrick (1 year) also attended the event and She said ‘I can’t believe it has been 9 years since our very first class, I feel so lucky to have shared such a magical time with everyone who has danced through our classes, and now getting to share my passion with my own children is just priceless’

‘What an amazing journey Twinkle and I have been on have been on so far, I have met so many lovely people and I have loved teaching and getting to know each and every babyballet star.
