Braindead yobs have destroyed thousands of pounds of concrete lighting columns in Kings Gardens.
The brazen youths were seen by dog walkers trying successfully to push over concrete light columns, thought to cost thousands of pounds to erect, into the gardens near to the Model Railway Village.
This is the latest in a string of vandalism sprees after bus shelters along Lord Street were also smashed and destroyed in the early hours of this morning.
Unfortunately for police officers nobody can provide a concrete description of what the vandals look like.
