A broken traffic light junction is causing massive tailbacks on Tulketh Street.
Traffic has been backed up for the last three days as cars get stuck in long queues trying to exit Tulketh street.
OTS understands the traffic light system at the Eastbank street bridge junction has been put out of synchronisation and this is causing the delay.
