The Care Quality Commission has issued a glowing report on the Lancaster Court EMI care home on Lancaster Road in West Birkdale. Local Councillor Tony Dawson says:
“If you read this report it is difficult to see what more they might have to do to be rated ‘excellent’ .”
“Lancaster Court is rated ‘good’ for being safe, effective caring, responsive and well-led. The owners, management and staff at the home all deserve congratulation.“
