John Parrott MBE & Dennis Taylor played local players in a snooker exhibition at the weekend at Aughton institute in aid of 2 local charities Connor Ruscoe memorial fund & North City Play, a lot of money was raised auctioning the chance to play the stars & signed framed photos of John & Dennis, Everton memorabilia & a signed cue & case signed by the snooker commentary team at the BBC.
The evening was hosted by Dave ‘the mighty’ Quinn & ‘tiny’ Trevor Ford plenty of jokes & much fun was had by all many thanks to KAMMAC for sponsoring the evening Barry Aldington, Martin & all the team at Aughton institute.
