John Nolan attracts another TV Show to film in Southport

Southport, yet again on TV. Christina Trevanion from BBC 2 ‘Antiques Road Trip’ cannot wait for Wednesday 26th April 2017 when she drives into Southport to visit The Antiquesman shop in Portland Street.

John Nolan the proprietor has attracted The Antique Road Show to Southport yet again. It will be the 19th time the TV cameras have turned up at his shop.

The BBC say it is the most televised Antique shop in Britain. Christina’s good looks and charm are second to her antique knowledge and skill-full technique of buying. She will give Nolan a hard time even though he has 52 years under his belt in the antique trade both here and in the United States. In the past Jonathan Pratt, Charles Hanson, Philip Serrell and Christina have all been regular visitors to Nolan’s shop including a long list of celebrities who all sign his Black Book.

OTS readers will be familiar with  John Nolan’s famous Black Book which is now on it’s 3rd book.
