247 Professional Health need a new team member at the Southport head office! We need someone who’s not scared of making calls, great IT skills and understands how to use an iPhone.

They need to be into social media and not scared of taking photos, being in photos and videos and can be creative.

You’ll need to be able to drive and have a car and also not be nervous about jumping on the motorway to interview in Manchester or Liverpool.

In return you’ll get trained up to be a dynamic professional Recruitment Resourcer with a pretty crazy team of people with a natural goal to do a good job.

We specialise in the recruitment for nurses, healthcare assistants, adult and child support workers in both temporary and permanent placements. Our client base consists of mainly the NHS then private clients like residential homes, care homes, nursing homes, private mental health hospitals, SEN schools, children’s residential services and learning disability services.

Have a driving licence and car is essential for the role as you will be out twice a week recruiting across the North West.

We will train you to do:

CV Searching – Sourcing for potential candidates
Creating adverts and posting advert across different job boards
Being able to recognise suitable candidates for the relevant positions
Having the confidence to pass and fail candidates at telephone interview stage
Booking candidates in for face to face interviews
Face to face Interviewing candidates
Having a keen eye and the organisation to scan the relevant documents for applicants to be compliant
Work within an office environment
Confidence when talking on the phone

You’ll need to be highly organised, quick to learn new processes and is able to multi-task due to the varied and fast paced nature of this desk. We are looking for someone who is an enthusiastic team player and is looking for a potential career with an expanding company.
