We specialized in coloured rendering. External wall insulation and any residential jobs from covering artex, patching up walls to plastering a whole house.

Specialised Rendering and External Wall Insulation (EWI).
We provide services for refurbishment and new builds.
Our specialist spray render machine which can easily be moved around building sites, drives and gates, for a higher quality longer lasting and therefore faster job completion.
Which can mean a cheaper solution to external wall rendering.
There are a huge range of standard render colours to choose from and we are approved applicators of such specialist renders as manufactured by KRend, Webber and many others.
The most significant heat loss from properties is through external walls.
EWI involves external cladding the building with insulation, before applying a layer of base coat render, and then a final finish. Resulting in a highly insulated, energy efficient home.

Over the past three years we have had numerous jobs carried out by James keelan of JK Plastering and Building.
Whether the job was large or small it was always carried out with great professionalism and, the area is left in a clean condition.
The jobs have included KRend application to the front of the house to match the condition at the back.
Cement rendering to a breeze block wall.
Plastering a whole room, including ceilings, the walls being in poor condition, this entailed working to skirting where chunks of plaster were missing, and some “blown” areas.
Patching round a vanity unit where tiles had been removed.
