Iceland boss gives customers the cold shoulder

Customers at Iceland in Southport have been left stunned by a rogue employee who has left a trail of devastation along the aisles.

One customer snapped a shot of the male employee talking loudly on his phone in a personal call before knocking over a trolley of rubbish and leaving it for people to slip on.

Another customer claimed the employee is actually the stores manager.

They said “I won’t be shopping here anymore if this is the managers attitude to his customers and their safety’”

OTS News has approached Iceland for a comment.
