A popular ice cream parlour has been struck with the mark of Cain in a brazen attempt to shame its owners.
Graffiti has been daubed on the shutters of Rossi’s Ice Cream parlour on Neville Street which reads ‘pay up you bastard’ in an apparent attempt to shame the parlour’s owners into paying a bill they have allegedly not settled.
The angry note was scrawled across the shutters overnight and has so far proved difficult to remove.
