The manager of the Salfordian Hotel on Park Crescent will walk 36 miles between Southport and Salford to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Paul Bailey, who tragically lost his father to cancer 12 months ago, also has a brother who is currently undergoing treatment for his third bout of cancer.
Paul’s walk will take an estimated 11 hours and will see him travel to Ormskirk, down onto the East Lancs Road, ending at the Swinton Civic Centre.
