Health issue behind gusto

Rat-atouille is the special of the day at the back of an italian restaurant in Southport

The seemingly endless closure of Nelson Street near to the Prince of Wales has seen a huge build up of rubbish accumulate as it remains apparently unobtainable by Sefton Council’s bin collection team.

Unfortunately the unsightly mound has attracted rats and other vermin, putting people off visiting nearby restaurant Gusto.

The landlords have been contacted by concerned nearby businesses and residents but no action has been taken so far.
