Halsall Heritage Weekend – Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th July between 2pm and 5pm.
Photo’s of Village Festivals including Rose queens, Garden Parties, Parades and Outings will be on display in St Cuthbert’s Church along with historical Church documents.
You can join in one of the Guided Tours around the Church including the refurbished Clock Tower and Bell Tower.
There will also be an opportunity to try bell ringing for those able to climb the steps to the bell tower. Children will be encouraged to have a go too!
The same weekend also sees the return of the Scarecrow Treasure Hunt for the children.
Entry forms costs £3 (available in Church) and the trail will take you around the centre of the village finding answers to questions all about the Scarecrows and you will be entered into a prize draw with family-friendly prizes.
