Residents say they have been literally left in the dark by out of work street lights.
Homeowners on Grange Avenue say they have been complaining for months to have the out of order lights fixed but they have been left in a total blackout by the council.
One said to OTS News they could not walk home from the pub and feel safe anymore with the lights being out.
“It’s only a matter of time before criminals come round using darkness as cover” they said
