‘GOOD’ rating for The Glade Care Home, Southport

Following a recent Care Quality Commission [CQC] inspection Birkdale based Residential Care Home, The Glade, has received a ‘Good’ overall rating.

All areas, which CQC give a rating to, Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsible & Well-Led, were awarded this ‘Good’ rating.

Manager Lynsey Mylrea said all of the staff work incredibly hard together as a team to ensure that we provide the safest, warm, welcoming and caring environment we can for our residents, so for this to be recognised by CQC in the way they have is very gratifying and a great achievement and credit to everyone’s hard work.
