V-Fit Classes are small private based classes with maximum number of 10 clients per class to give that more personal touch than traditional classes of 10-20 clients per class.
These classes are designed to improve fitness levels, fat loss and muscle toning. At Verite Fitness we have put together group training sessions which includes some of the most popular and easy to use and most effective fitness equipment to reach clients fitness goals kettlebells, suspension cables and barbells and many more fun and effective training equipment.
Each class is 30-50 minutes long and will be taught by a qualified personal trainer every member will receive a Verite Fitness Method Nutritional booklet and will receive a free assessment a month that will help members to keep track of their fitness goals and progress, as a member of V-Fit classes you’ll will also receive 10% of all Personal training and block sessions.
V-Fit Circuit is a circuit based class were you’ll perform one exercise per exercise station for 30-60 seconds per station. This class benefits anyone who is looking to improve fitness levels, fat loss and muscle toning.
V-Fit Core is mat based class which focus on the mid-section of your body working your abdominals and lower back.
