Fun-Filled Craft Fayre with Funds raised for Children’s Charity

    By Pat Regan20th March 2023

Event organiser Cath Regan and her team thanked everyone who supported the Craft Fayre at St Peter’s Church in Birkdale, last Saturday.

Lots of great people and a plethora of beautiful handmade crafts, arts, and preloved items were for sale.

A big thanks to Ian from Banks Bouncy Castles & Soft Play Hire and to Clare from Daydream Face Painting for supporting us, it was very much appreciated. There were some very excited faces coming in the door when face painting and a bouncy castle were mentioned.

The raffle and a fundraising stall in aid of The Owen McVeigh Foundation was a great success, and thanks go to Eileen for delivering prizes to the winners. A total of £276 was raised for this great charity.

Our next fayre is on Saturday 15th April 11.00 am to 4.00 pm and we already have quite a few bookings coming in, so please reserve a space soon if you are joining us.

Booking payments need to be made at the time of booking. We have a very limited supply of tables, so it will be ‘first come first served’. If you however have your own six-foot table then that’s even better.

The monthly fayre is to be held every third Saturday, at St Peter’s Church, St Peter’s Road in Birkdale, Southport.
