Staff at Formby McDonalds were the centre of attention for a brand new UK wide TV advert to promote a new range of happy meals.
TV crews were brought in a number of weeks ago with Coronation Street star Adam Thomas brining his family down to the Formby Bypass restaurant to shoot the ad.
A spokesperson for Formby McDonalds said “We had an incredible time filming the new McDonald’s Happy Meal advert at our Formby McDonald’s Restaurant.
“We were thrilled to welcome our celebrity guest and his family.”
The ad is now playing across terrestrial TV channels and on social media.
