A Formby man has appeared in court for possession of 14,792 indecent images of children including 787 of the most serious category.
Mark Formby (38) pleaded guilty to 5 related charges when he appeared in Sefton magistrates court on November 28th.
They stated that he had possession of 787 category A images, 331 of category B images and 13,674 of category C. They also say he had 48 prohibited images of a child and 106 images of extreme pornography involving live animals.
The magistrates sent the matter to Liverpool Crown Court for sentencing on December 20 and ordered that he sign the sex offenders register within three days.
