11-11.30 booze licence proposed for the old HSBC premises, Southport.

Mal Lloyd, of Sinclair Bars Limited in Southport, has submitted plans to change 75/77 Queens Road Southport from a retail shop to A4 Planning as a Wine bar/Pub uses mainly for sale of alcohol.

Local resident have been sent a notice from Sefton Council Planning Services.

The premises was previously occupied by HSBC which packed up in 2009, and more recently by Relic clothing alterations.

The business would also see the layout of an outdoor seating area to the front.

This new cafe bar would be staffed by two full-time and two part-time members of staff.

The proposed opening hours would be:

Sunday: 12pm-10pm

Monday to Thursday: 8am to 10pm

Friday and Saturday: 8am to 11.30pm

Alcohol would be served from 11am until closing time.
