Fitness fanatics aiming for beach body perfection are set to lift themselves to new heights at an upcoming competition.
Team Beachbodys UK is launching in Southport next week at the Fleetwood Hesketh social club.
The event, which starts at 7pm, is completely free and there will be a live workout with special guest and famous fitness fanatic, Insanity Max 30’s Brian Fay.
As well as the fitness session, there will be samples of Beachbodys amazing Shakeology health shake of which there’s nothing like it in the UK at the moment.
A spokesperson for the event said: “We will also be showcasing Team Beachbodys Coaching which is a unique business opportunity which we have one of Beachbodys founding coaches from America to provide all the information and answer any questions.
“At the end of the event there will also be some Beachbody product giveaways.”
