Firefighters were called to a car crash where a vehicle had left a road and ended up on its side in a field.
Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service was called at 5.09am to the Rainford By-pass, near Mossborough Road, Rainford, on Tuesday, February 19.
No-one was trapped after the crash, which involved one vehicle.
Firefighters made the car, which was on its side in the field, safe and righted the vehicle so it was back on all four wheels.
A man was checked at the scene by paramedics but refused hospital.
An appliance from Eccleston Community Fire Station and one from St Helens Community Fire Station attended the call-out.
