The driver of Ford fiesta lost control of the vehicle that they were driving and smashed into a wall on Seabank Road, Saturday 31 October 2015.
A local resident said they heard a smash and when the came out they could not see the occupant(s) of the vehicle.
Police arrived with minutes. Update report to follow.
