Assured Care of Southport have introduced a double tier pay system which rewards it’s Care Staff for working weekends and Bank Holidays. Staff are said to be delighted with the new weekend rates which guarantees a minimum hourly remuneration of £10 per hour.
Double Time is paid for all religious Bank Holidays. Still highly progressive this Company continues to go from strength to strength and has recruited steadily since the turn of the year.
