FA CUP DRAW | Robins Return
Southport have been drawn at home to Vanarama National League North rivals Ashton United in the fourth round qualifying of the Emirates FA Cup.
The tie, which was drawn this lunchtime on talkSPORT2, will take place at Haig on Saturday 20 October.
Southport booked their place at this stage with a 2-1 win at Curzon Ashton on Saturday, while Ashton overcame lower-ranked opposition in King’s Lynn Town.
Ashton are currently 14th in the league table. It will be the second time the teams have met this season after a playing out a 2-2 draw at Southport in August.
