Thieves have struck overnight at a quiet residential area of Birkdale.
The calculated robbery came under the cover of darkness as thieves broke through a padlocked shed and stole an expensive bike.
The bike, a cube ltd series RFRO with 26 inch wheels is described as being satin black with an 18inch frame and woman’s seat.
The thieves managed to make off with the bike in the early hours of the morning after cutting through the retaining part of the shed’s lock
Anyone who sees the bike or finds it for sale is asked to call Merseyside Police on 101 immediately.
