Emergency services called help distressed woman in Hesketh Park

Emergency services were called to Hesketh Park shortly after 5pm this evening after a member of the public reported a young woman in distress, Tuesday 22 March 2016.

Two patrol cars and a van attended the scene.

A member of the public said: “The woman was under the influence of something, but the police did a great job in looking after her”.

The woman was escorted back to a police car and later collected by an ambulance. Her condition is not known at the present time.
