In the task board, a team member can select a task, and update its progress in real-time, letting other team members track progress. Tasks in a task board can also be assigned and solely used for progress update purposes.

Checklist- Using checklists may seem a little old school but they never go out of style. A checklist provides the ultimate form of task organization. Any team member working on a task should create a checklist of the steps required to complete their job. This ensures that no duty is left undone.
