Drug driver stopped with 4 flat tyres in Southport
Driver of Ford KA spotted driving on Sefton Street, Southport with 4 flat tyres at 7am on Friday morning (28 April).
The drive was also found to be uninsured, unlicensed and drug driving.
The driver was arrested at the scene.
The vehicle was seized by police.
