Driver locked up for crashing into pregnant mum’s car on Formby bypass

Court Result – Matthew Carolan pleaded guilty to Dangerous Driving on the Formby By Pass in July 2017 and was sentenced in Liverpool Crown Court to 14 months in a young offenders’ institute and disqualified from driving for 37 months.
