Down and out addicts forced to steal to keep warm

Drunken drug addicts left in a Comatose state this morning were forced to steal blankets and bedding from the Vincent hotel just to keep warm (Monday 25 September 2017).

Resources to help these unfortunate souls are at an all time low, meaning it’s likely they will stay at the Band Stand all day.

The area is also littered with used needles and empty beer cans.

A local shop worker who took the footage and sent it in to OTS News said:

“we need to help these rough sleepers and drug addicts who can’t help the situation they’ve found themselves in.

“It’s not right that they have to live like this, fighting the cold and thieving just to survive another harsh night.

“We all need to do more.”
