Dog wardens are out and about fining people for having their dogs off lead in Southport. Local resident Jenny Preston warmed others on the Southport Lost and Found Facebook page that wardens were out in force and she said: “Watch out for the golden cap brigade are out in Southport today handing out fines for people with dogs off lead.
